W & W Partners of Cary is the developer behind Princeton Manor. The company develops both residential and commercial properties and is owned and operated by Raleigh natives Stephen and Kyle Ward and Mike Hunter. With over 50 years of combined real estate experience, the partnership has developed award-winning neighborhoods, including Carpenter Village, Cameron Woods, Tatton Place, Landsdowne, Carrington, Benwick, Southwick, and the Woodlands. They have an ever-expanding portfolio of residential and commercial projects in prime locations across the Triangle.

Cattano Construction
Cattano Construction,Inc.was started in 1983 in Cary, North Carolina and is a family run business. Rick Cattano holds an unlimited general contractor’s license focusing on both residential and commercial projects. Specializing in historically influenced architecture they have developed a reputation for innovative floor plans, superior craftsmanship & excellent customer service.

They have received many professional awards, including 12 Parade of Homes Awards since 1998. As a recipient of the coveted Golden Achievement for Excellence in Customer Service, sponsored by Quality Builders Warranty Corporation, they rank among the top 3% of builders in the nation. Only 70 of these awards are given out annually and recipients represent the crème de la crème of the homebuilding industry. They received this award for its overall performance in the Triangle area. They have also received the 2005 Builder of Integrity Award, the Quality Builders Warranty Corporation Award and the 2002 Triangle MAME award for the “Best Brochure For A Custom Builder”. They are a member of The National Home Builders Association,Home Builders Association of Raleigh/Wake County, and the Better Business Bureau.

Reward Builders was founded by Wayne Holt in 2001. Since its inception, Wayne has established Reward Builders as a leader in quality custom homes. The founding principle of the company was to provide a quality custom home that would exceed the buyer's expectations, both in craftsmanship and the friendliness of the building experience. We aim to provide the customer a home that is as functional for everyday living as it is beautiful, and a building experience that will be pleasurable from plan selection to move in.
